What are we doing here?
Intro
Getting this site up and running, and what I plan to write about.
This is the start of a blog and website that I have made, mostly with the aim of staying up to date with clinical research whilst I am away doing a (quite niche) PhD. If anyone else finds it useful along the way, so much the better.
You will see under the Latest Papers tab above there is a rolling feed of papers from some of the high impact journals.
My plan is use this space to write:
- Short summaries and reviews of recently published infection papers I find interesting, and I think might be clinically useful
- Maybe occasional longer pieces on epidemiology and disease dynamics
If anyone reading this would like to join me in writing these synopses/reviews, that would be amazing. You can either email me the summary and I’ll publish it or there are some instructions on how you can do it directly with Quarto and git in the README.
