Intro

This is an example of a resistance dashboard. It is intended as a template for you to use locally and adapt to your needs.

The full source code, along with instructions can be found on my GitHub.

It is distributed under an MIT license, meaning you are completely free to use and adapt it to any end you see fit (although I can’t accept any responsibility for stuff going wrong as a result of it…)

Please note that the data used to make this is fictional and for illustration purposes only. I have tried to make it roughly true to life but if you spot some odd resistance patterns then that will be why!

Below are some auto-calculations that are on the front page of our ‘real’ resistance dashboard about the pipeline that I think are useful to see:

This pipeline was run on the 08/11/2024

It includes isolates from 01/06/2023 to the 01/06/2024

This dataset includes 101 organisms, from 100 specimens, from 90 different patients.

If you would like help localising this or have a problem please open a GitHub issue. If you would like help localising this or have a problem, please open a GitHub issue. If you want to get in touch but can’t share your question publicly, you can email me at j.goodall8@sheffield.ac.uk.
